Concept video for Deleg8, a visual novel adventure game where players take control of a rookie detective on her first day of the job. When things go awry, she's the only officer who can make it to the crime scene - but she can't do it by herself. Luckily for our protagonist, there's plenty of help around. From race car drivers to birdwatchers, no person is off-limits as players navigate through a colorful cast in order to determine who can lend a hand in the investigation. Each civilian has a different skill set that may aid or obstruct them from completing the tasks they are assigned, but with our protagonist under a strict time limit, players are limited in the questions that they are allowed to ask. This requires players to ration their attention wisely in order to fully understand what happened at the crime scene.
